Klickitat PUD is watching the weather and the fire danger. We do not plan to pre-emptively de-energize power lines during this time however in the event of a power outage, complete line patrols will take place prior to restoring power.

This will likely result in extended outage times while line crews and any available field staff complete those patrols. Efficient reporting of power outages and any damage to infrastructure will greatly expedite the patrol and restoration process. Please keep away from any downed power lines and do not attempt to move them if they are down.
