Klickitat PUD's contractor Sturgeon Electric has began the Woodland Rd. reconductor project that was delayed due to weather-related issues. They will begin their work at the Bickleton Hwy end of Woodland Rd. and work their way north.

During the reconductor project, small outages impacting minimal customers will take place as they set new poles. The Sturgeon Electric crew will door knock to notify of these brief power interruptions.

Once the reconductor project is nearing completion, KPUD will need to take an outage to move the customer load onto the newly replaced power line. We will send out notifications for the larger outage at the end of the project.
