Customer Care & Billing System Transition

Klickitat PUD will transition to a new customer care and billing system on January 7th.  We are very excited about the coming changes that add to our ability to service our customer’s needs.

Klickitat PUD will transition to a new customer care and billing system on January 7th. 

We are very excited about the coming changes that add to our ability to service our customer’s needs.  The customer service team has been diligently training and testing in preparation for this transition.  However, some of the changes will take time and patience to work through. 

January 7th will be business as usual, but there will be new processes which require a little more time to complete.  We strive to be timely and efficient processing all of your requests, and will improve. 

Here are a few things you may notice:

-          Credit card payment will be run through a device and information will not be     stored.

-          If you were enrolled in auto-pay with your credit card, you will need to re-enroll in SmartHub or through our Secure Pay Phone line. 

-          E-bill customer will need to register in SmartHub to re-enroll.  

-          Statements have been updated to provide information more clearly.
